Introduce conditional compilation for Entity Framework Core in `AuditIdentityDbContext.cs` and `AuditDbContext.cs`. Added methods for saving changes and retrieving audit events with support for the `acceptAllChangesOnSuccess` parameter. Methods are wrapped in `#if EF_CORE` directives to ensure compatibility across different Entity Framework versions.
