This PR aims to fix #5365 and replaces #5454.
Briefly, like #5454 it implements the
linewidthandlinetypeaesthetics forgeom_label().Unlike #5454 it has separate
text.colourandborder.colourparameters to control each of these independently.This PR replaces #5454 because it was marked as a draft and become out of sync with the main branch.
