ESP32 Display (OLED) post to Thingsboard

8266 doesn't seem to work with thingsboard library atm - had to download the latest commit to make ESP32 work, the platform io version has telemetry and arduinojson errors.

todo - test whether the 7seg display is brighter than OLED
