Alt-HID #1

Make user interfaces less usable! Down with thumbs!

make the buttons do stuff!
make the LEDs do stuff
implement the game pad
work out how to do analog nicely..

BOARD FIXES TODO:

re-add ONE neopixel with correct pads (breakout version)
buttons to ground not live!
SCL and SDA labels reversed
move pro micro. reverse?
