Purpose of this Plugin

If you're using GreenLuma for games you don't own, you likely have Cloud Save but miss Achievements notification with Achievement Watcher and LAN Emulation. On the other hand, Goldberg provides Achievements notification with Achievement Watcher and LAN Emulation, but lacks Cloud Save. This plugin serves as your solution, making things easier when using Goldberg Emu alongside Cloud Save.

How It Works

Using Cloud Save With Goldberg

By default, Goldberg saves and settings are located in %appdata%\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves. My plugin will create a symbolic link from SteamInstallationDir\userdata\SteamID3\appid\SomeFolder to %appdata%\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\appid\SomeFolder.

To ensure synchronization and avoid save game errors tied to SteamID, it's crucial to match your SteamID with the one you want to sync with Goldberg. Once the symbolic link is created, every time you save a game with Goldberg Emu, it will save directly into Steam\userdata\SteamID3\appid\SomeFolder. All you need to do is unlock the game with GreenLuma and let Steam sync your saves.
