Actually, with this in hand it should be easy to make a manually-triggered workflow which takes two inputs. So you can get your CI release :) |

Not sure how to do that without sbt/sbt-github-actions#65, unless it will leave other YAML alone. |

This project really doesn't see significant maintenance anymore other than to republish from old tags. I forget how to do it every time, and doing it wrong would be bad.
./scripts/back-publishmakes it a one-liner for anybodyMeans we don't necessarily have to solve #196.
