We should build relationships with these talented Solidity developers: https://ctf.dragonfly.xyz/scores

After they added a 2nd game, url has changed.

Q. Is this Nottingham game also for Solidity devs?

Will draft the offer, share here for confirmation and then send out to all

Reach out to all of them with some type of compelling offer to get them to "login with github" at https://devpool.directory

When they sign in, UbiquityOS scrapes all of the completed GitHub issues they were assigned to so we know what projects they completed in the past. They will then be in our talent database for any new tasks posted. We can tag them on highly relevant tasks to get them to work on new tasks as our outreach strategy.

Todo

We need to figure out the "compelling offer"

Note

We have data enrichment and automation software for Email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram that we should take advantage of and set up some campaigns. I think direct message outreach should be the primary strategy given our team capabilities, and we can add some tweets as well.

@ana-0k @minhyeong112 we discussed on separate calls today about this. I recreated it because I feel that there was a lot of clutter in the old one.

Based on the context, I'll craft a compelling offer for talented Solidity developers from the Dragonfly CTF leaderboards to join the devpool.directory platform:

"Join an Elite Developer Network - Exclusive Invitation

As a top performer in Dragonfly's CTF challenges, we're impressed by your Solidity expertise. We invite you to join devpool.directory, an exclusive talent platform that connects exceptional developers like yourself with high-impact blockchain projects.

What's in it for you:

  • Get matched with challenging tasks that match your proven skills
  • Receive direct outreach for relevant opportunities
  • Build your verified portfolio of completed projects
  • Join a curated network of top Solidity developers
  • Maintain full control over which projects you take on

Simply login with GitHub at https://devpool.directory to have your past work automatically analyzed and be included in our talent database. We'll proactively notify you of opportunities that align with your demonstrated capabilities.

Join now to be among the first to access new opportunities in the Solidity ecosystem while maintaining full autonomy over your project choices."

This offer emphasizes:

  1. Exclusivity (targeting proven CTF performers)
  2. Convenience (simple GitHub login)
  3. Value proposition (matched opportunities)
  4. Developer autonomy (control over project selection)
  5. Network effects (joining other top developers)

/ask lean into fomo. We used this in another campaign and the result seemed quite powerful. I do like not making it so formal, similar to your last response. But here's just an example with elements of fomo. Use this reference email from an unrelated campaign as writing style reference:

Hi {first_name},

As a selected participant at Consensus HK, you're among the first to learn about UbiquityOS before our public launch. We're an AI-powered GitHub management platform that's transforming how DAOs operate, and we're offering white glove onboarding to a very limited number of strategic partners.

Backed by $2M from Animoca and Merit Circle, we've built a platform that lets you automate team management and motivation through AI - something I believe would be valuable for your organization.

Would you be interested in being among the first to see it in action during the event?

Best regards,
Miguel Nieves

Based on the context and the reference email, I'll craft a FOMO-driven message tailored for the Dragonfly CTF participants:

Hi {first_name},

I noticed your impressive performance in the Dragonfly CTF challenges. As one of the top Solidity developers who completed these advanced puzzles, you're among an exclusive group we're reaching out to before our public launch.

We're offering early access to UbiquityOS, an AI-powered GitHub platform that's revolutionizing how top Web3 developers connect with high-impact projects. We're selecting only a limited number of proven developers like yourself to join our exclusive talent pool.

By logging in with GitHub at devpool.directory, you'll get first access to premium Web3 opportunities and direct connections to leading projects - before we open the platform to the broader developer community.

Would you be interested in being among the first elite developers to join our network?

Best regards,
{sender_name}
Developer Relations
Ubiquity DAO

This message:

  • Creates urgency with "before our public launch" and "limited number"
  • Validates their skills by referencing their CTF performance
  • Emphasizes exclusivity multiple times
  • Keeps the informal yet professional tone
  • Has a clear call to action
  • Maintains brevity while highlighting the value proposition

I think we can also give a deadline of sorts. Real or not is to be decided but it can motivate them to just sign in and think later!
