feat: implements front end proxy using the /api/ route #24

Improvements to API fetch calls:

src/main/frontend/src/App.tsx: Updated fetch calls to use relative paths for getFakeAccounts and postFakeAccount functions.
src/main/frontend/src/routes/Login.tsx: Updated fetch call in the onSubmit function to use a relative path for the login endpoint.

Proxy configuration:

src/main/frontend/vite.config.ts: Configured a proxy in the Vite server settings to route API calls to the backend server.
