Think we have removed the option to tackle counts from kallisto.
This will also help with generalisation of inputs. So we don't specifically mention salmon as a dependency.

We should look at adding a condition to tackle kallisto counts in https://github.com/umccr/RNAsum/blob/main/R/salmon.R
