I added Ehizua Hub in both Edo and Lagos, as well as Decipher Innovate in Edo and Loctech in Rivers.
I'm not sure if Loctech counts since it's purely a training institute; but your repo, your rules. If you feel it doesn't count, I can adjust my PR.
