dir/index.md 会自动渲染为 dir/index.html 并且具有 dir/ 的固定链接，为文件名为 index.md 的文件加 permalink: 是没有必要的

bundle exec jekyll serve 不加 permalink 就有点问题, 但是 index.html 确实在那里就是了...
