Seurat.utils contains various utility functions for Seurat v3.
These include:

  • Top level wrapper to source each file below.
  • Metadata manipulation.
  • extended and more high-throughput plotting
  • Plotting filtering [in dev].
  • Plotting statistics and QC.
  • Read / Write / Save / Load functions (But see Seurat.multicore for high speed I/O using parallelisation).
  • Seurat object manipulations etc.
  • Seurat update gene symbols HGNC.
