Fix pasek overlap when in events

To install the mod just dowbload the MultiplayerTime.zip archive and extract it in your Mods folder. To avoid conflicts transfer your config file in the new version's folder and delete the old one.

Changes: Fixed pasek rendering over the clock when in events. The fix should take care of any other overlapping too.
