Added RGBLIGHT timeout following discussions here and instructions here. This is good especially if your keyboard is on 24/7. Those LEDs do get burnt out. I lose at least 1 LED per year out of 70 LEDs.
Also I'm using the Elite-Pi microcontroller because I like the extra features such as multiple layers, combo, key override, ..., etc. They require large space that atmega32u4 is unable to provide.
