What does this pull request do?
Adds the Archival Resource Key (ARK) as an identifier without range to the VIVO Ontology. According to their website this would be correct: "They identify anything digital, physical, or abstract."
In the ID survey ARKs were mentioned as useful for publications and research datasets.
