- Participation now calculates % of people who voted - Turnout now counts individual votes for weighted voting, or uses voteCount for non-weighted - Add comprehensive tests for both functions
- Participation shows % of voters (unchanged) - Turnout now always shows % of total votes: - For weighted voting: (sum of all votes / census size * 100) - For non-weighted: (voteCount / census size * 100) - Both metrics show same % for non-weighted elections - Add comprehensive tests for both scenarios
