RouterOS started hashing the passwords stored on disk, so it cannot implement MD5 CHAP anymore. Which is fine because MD5 CHAP is kinda meh anyway. This addition won't cause compatibility problems, but future commits will restrict plaintext auth to TLS by default.

Unfortunately, probably not. Beyond submitting the occassional bugfix, I realized I probably won't able to properly take care of the whole project, for various reasons. |
