The development version of vegan splits scores from summary in ordination functions (cca, rda etc.). This will break LorMe with future CRAN releases of vegan. This is already announced as change in the current CRAN release 2.6-8, but there we still provide a grace period where the scores can be accessed with summary although they are not shown.

This simple fix works both with the old and current vegan code and will make your package ready for the upcoming vegan releases.

The appropriate issues in vegan are vegandevs/vegan#644, vegandevs/vegan#203, vegandevs/vegan#647.

This fix will return only two first axes of each core, whereas the old code returned six first. If you think that you should retain that old behaviour, I can amend the fix.

This fix works both with the old vegan code and new vegan code
scheduled for the next major CRAN release.
