Description
This updates the build to work with zig version 11.
I'm not at all familiar with zig and this is the result of a couple of hours fiddling with code, reading documentation and googling, so it may be incomplete.
I didn't do anything to allow for using an older version of zig, since I wasn't sure what the preferences might be for implementing that. My naive approach would be to keep the old build.zig as build.v9.zig or something like that.
