- Start with the template above and edit as necessary. None of the 'meta' data at the top of the file are required but we appreciate you filling them in.
- Navigate to the /data/ directory and to the year you are publishing for (i.e. 2025), within that directory create a new file and paste the template there.
- All the files must be .md and use the following naming convention: 'week##.md' - there must be two numbers after 'week' and this number reflects the week of the year (i.e. the news for 20/01/2025 would become 'week03.md' within the /2025/ directory)
- Images used within the news item need to be in .png format and be uploaded to the /web/public/img/ directory (so as to be accessible on website frontend)
- Image should follow the following naming convention: YYYY-WW.png (i.e. 2025-03.png)
- Once uploaded there theses should be linked within the .md file using the following standard:
