Everything has for the most part been developmental / experimental. But I'd like to actually have the first working tagged release.

This should include cinful operating as a command line utility that can be installed as a pip and conda package.
Beyond that, not too many requirements. I have some unit tests going! I'd like to have unit tests for each of the rules and functions, though I'll settle for just some. ( a feature beyond v1.0.0 would be to easily run each rule independently)

Documentation for the rules would be nice. Maybe that is too ambitious.

For the most part, the pipeline seems to be working the way as intended. There are a few things that need to be addressed. Microcin best hits need to go through similar scrutiny as CvaB, the best hit isn't always going to be enough to make sure somewhat garbage makes it through. It really needs to have some sort of threshold, maybe hmmerHit or signalHit, or at least one of those. It get's tough, but that will be useful when releasing this on broader gram negatives, and eventually gram positives.
