feat: Setup Wire Edge app - WPB-15280

WPB-15280 Create Wire Edge app

Issue

1. Development workflow renamed to Edge.
2. develop fastlane lane renamed to edge.
3. Introduced a new build type Edge, that should get new configurations from "wire-ios-build-assets"

Todo:

1. Add EDGE_TESTFLIGHT_LINK to secrets.
2. Add configurations for Edge.
3. Update the "wire-ios-build-assets" link.
4. Add new icon
