Features

• Begins work of cleaning up module settings. Promotes the Hero Point Handler to a non-experimental feature. Hides dependent settings (such as all npc mystifier subsettings if that is not disabled and the extra chat message subfeatures of applying persistent damage and healing). Deprecates the settings to purge expired effects as an equivalent feature is in the system. Deprecates setting to manually move a combatant before the current combatant as combatants can be dragged to change the order. Deprecated settings will be removed at a later time. Reorders settings (first world settings, then client settings, then deprecated settings of both types. Experimental subsettings appear last among their peers.) (b1293eb)
