Add a sound notification to indicate the end of download and merge of all small fragments videos slices, and sound notification if there are failed fragments videos slices to overcome the bug of the option auto close download page when donwload finish

I discovered a rare famous download manager compatible with Cat-Catch m3u8 links and can download hls videos from m3u8 link, but the dream was short-lived, after 5 videos downloaded, the external donwload mananger shows download forbidden, may be our beloved Cat-Catch could add some things to the m3u8 link to fix this problem, for example referer, user agent of the browser....because the website seems to detect that it is an external download maanger and blocks the download :(
