airspeed vs groundspeed

The frsky passthrough telemetry library will send airspeed by default if available, either true or estimated.
The scripts/widgets can show both airspeed and groundspeed at the same time provided the FRSKY_OPTIONS bit 0 is set to 1
Note: if you can't find the parameter then your ArdUpilot version is too old and won't have the option to send both values.
