how to use covToMon.m

covToMon has procedures for

• 1. Calculating covariance
• 2. Creating a head model
• 3. LCMV beamforming
• 4. Grand averaging
• 5. Montecarlo test for within subjects effects. first, the data of every subject should be placed in a folder, named by subject number only. inside put the 4D data file (c,rf*), headshape, config and FieldTrip averaged or epoched data files, one for each condition. a folder should look like this:
