- better support for empty/null passwords
- allow bootstrap utility to query replication_host
- a few library upgrades, notably pubsub and kinesis library
- bootstrap connection uses jdbc_options properly
- add logging for when we hit out of sync schema exceptions
- allow for partitioning by thread_id, thx @gogov
- fresh and clean documentation
