the adc0 node is now disabled by default in the soc. enable it so that adc test passes.

Thanks @cfriedt! But this is really draft, and not sure what's the best way forward but ADC is now disabled off by default on all samd boards so it's either we re-enable it by default at soc level, or re-enable it on each and every board, or in all the ADC test overlays.
Will let @nandojve chime in
