Added two new forks with a few different options.

New:

• Added webcam support via docker

• Deep-Live-Cam-Multi-Language

  • Batch processing:
    • --source_folder define a folder with source files
    • --target_folder define a folder with source files
  • Added modules to handle multiple languages, but only English is fully supported. Other modules are missing new variables. I won't add these myself until i'm happy with the language module default setup.

Initial release of my own Deep Live Cam fork where i've added Batch processing source and target files, and support for multiple languages.

Still bugs here and there. These will be dealt with while i'm working on the software.
