Added two new forks with a few different options.

New:

• Added webcam support via docker

• Deep-Live-Cam-Multi-Language

  • Batch processing:
    • --source_folder define a folder with source files
    • --target_folder define a folder with source files
  • Added modules to handle multiple languages, but only English is fully supported. Other modules are missing new variables. I won't add these myself until i'm happy with the language module default setup.

• iRoopDeepFaceCam-avgr

  • Added same source/target folder batching.
  • Added new option use defaults in the UI. Se this for usage.
