webMCP-counter v1.2

This is webMCP-counter v1.1, a shiny app for MCP-counter and mMCP-counter. These are tools that allow to quantify immune and stromal cells in heterogeneous samples from bulk transcriptomics, in human and mouse samples respectively (see https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.12.03.400754 ). This release corrects a number of issues, including the case with no cell population available in the provided genes or replicated genes.

This release is based on the version mentioned in the first version of the webMCP-counter preprint (https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.12.03.400754 ).
