This is webMCP-counter v1.1, a shiny app for MCP-counter and mMCP-counter. These are tools that allow to quantify immune and stromal cells in heterogeneous samples from bulk transcriptomics, in human and mouse samples respectively (see https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.12.03.400754 ). This release corrects a number of bugs.
