Welcome to the OpenPV wiki!

OpenPV (previously known just as PetaVision) is an open source, object oriented neural simulation toolbox optimized for high-performance multi-core, multi-node computer architectures. OpenPV works well on the cloud and you can start an instance on AWS and be up and running in minutes by searching for our Public AMI PetaVision_AMI.

To install OpenPV on your machine, use one of the following instructions for your set-up: - AWS Installation - Ubuntu Installation - OSX Installation
