Dot Annotation

Enter dot annotation mode:

• Click dot icon above 2D view, or Ctrl + d
• Any existing regions will be converted to dot annotations at the center of the region

2D controls:

• Add dot annotation: left click
• Remove dot annotation: left click on circle
• Slice up/down: up/down arrow keys
• Zoom: right click and drag or mousewheel
• Pan: middle click and drag
• Reset to z-slice: z

3D controls:

• Rotate: left click and drag
• Zoom: right click and drag or mousewheel
• Pan: middle click and drag
• Fly to point: mouseover sphere and press f

Volume rendering:

• Click volume rendering icon right of the 2D view, or ]
• Adjust transfer function: shift + left click and drag

Saving:

• File -> Save Segmentation Data or File -> Save Segmentation Data As…
