This PR makes
SliceSamplingcompatible with Turing models through theexternalsamplerinterface. Also, it changes the interface such thatAbstractMCMC.samplereturns aTransitionobject instead of raw samples (Vectors), which makes it more consistent with other packages implementingAbstractMCMC.
