Process

Have the hardware (mostly likely macs) - ready for the first day the team is onsite.
Have the software purchased - ready for the first day the team is onsite.

New Relic
Trello
Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch
Invision

Meetings/workshops

KJ method workshop to determine mission critical partner agency projects the digital services team can work on.
