This phase is the actual hiring of candidates who pass through the evaluation step.

Goals

Hire each candidate (set a start date) that passes through the evaluation step in a timely fashion.

Questions/assumptions

  • What level of security is required for each position?
  • How long does the security process typically take?
  • What is required of the candidate?

Process

  • Offer extension and negotiation (performed by partner agency HR)
  • Background check (performed by partner agency physical security)
  • Set the start date post clearance approval (performed by partner agency HR)

Meetings/workshops

  • Use a meeting to determine the answers to the questions above.
  • Use a meeting to map out the process to hire a candidate.

Deliverables

  • Map of the process to hire a candidate. Indicate places where executive sponsor can make the process faster.

Success metrics

Onboard all candidates that have been successfully evaluated and verified.
