This phase is the actual hiring of candidates who pass through the evaluation step.
Hire each candidate (set a start date) that passes through the evaluation step in a timely fashion.
- What level of security is required for each position?
- How long does the security process typically take?
- What is required of the candidate?
- Offer extension and negotiation (performed by partner agency HR)
- Background check (performed by partner agency physical security)
- Set the start date post clearance approval (performed by partner agency HR)
- Use a meeting to determine the answers to the questions above.
- Use a meeting to map out the process to hire a candidate.
- Map of the process to hire a candidate. Indicate places where executive sponsor can make the process faster.
Onboard all candidates that have been successfully evaluated and verified.
