This wiki provides instructions for UIC (Mankin lab) users of the RiboSeq tools via OpenOnDemand.

Accessing OpenOnDemand

Quick notes:

Click Lakeshore OnDemand to return to the dashboard.
From the Dashboard, Files will go to the File Explorer (uploads/downloads/results).
From the Dashboard, Jobs will allow you to compose jobs and check job status.
