These have not been updated since they were added 4 years ago. The link to the automatically updated Auspice view should be sufficient. ¹ "add page on clades to github" (6d407f4)
The reference datasets are more appropriate because they are sampled with grouping by Nextstrain_clade¹. I accidentally linked to #65 when I meant to link to nextstrain/docs.nextstrain.org#65 (issue number 65 in another repo). I thought it was funny that #65 here is coincidentally the PR that added the feature which allows links updated in this PR to work. |
