- Basically settled, will open PR soon that will include a few additional standard names

CCPP proposal internal JTTI funding on surface composite physics

We were invited to submit a full proposal based on the LOI
Note that this is different from the NOFO/JTTI call for proposals discussed last week
This work needs to be done in capgen
CCPP metadata is becoming more complex, we should dedicate a section to it in the CCPP technical documentation
