The following assumptions were made in preparing the Project Plan:

  • Team members will be available to attend scheduled weekly meetings and carry out assigned tasks
  • The Project Leader will ensure that the project plan is adhered to, on schedule. This may require delegation of extra tasks, or scheduling extra meetings when required
  • Team members will adhere to the Communications Plan
  • When producing code, team members will follow group conventions as established in planning documents
  • The Project Plan may change as new information and issues are revealed
  • Deadlines for milestones will be fixed
  • There will be no changes to the Project Brief
  • All team members will make themselves available to perform code and documentation reviews
